If you have a barn that you would either like to sell or rent then we offer some very different ideas of achieving this goal as well as incorporating the traditional techniques. We offer a basic introductory rate of 1.5%. The rate is lower than the traditional agents due to the fact we are specializing in one particular area of the housing market, whilst also keeping our fixed costs low.

With years of design, restoration and barn conversion experience, we know what sells because we know what people who choose a barn want and we know who they are. Therefore our emphasis is on a personal contact with our clients.

By specializing we want to give a very individual experience to each sale. We believe the global internet to be the major driving force behind marketing properties in this decade and beyond, leaving behind the shop-front ideology. Our properties are listed on the major portals for property sales and lettings on sites such as Prime Location and Rightmove. We also offer the opportunity of using an open house approach to selling, if you would like it we will do it.

In conjunction with the internet we also advertise in the Eastern daily Press and the East Anglian, the Norfolk and Suffolk journals and other local newspapers and magazines.

The major difference with Barnmasters is that we want to put something back into the Barn World that is all around us in the rural community, that is why from every sale we will give 1.25% of our fee to a chosen (by you) Barn or Rural Charity in your area. For example in my top five recommendations at the moment would be, The Barn Owl Trust, The Woodland Conservancy, the Norfolk Bat group, Redwings Horse Sanctuary and the East Anglian Air Ambulance. However if you feel the Papworth Trust or Nelsons Journey are more applicable it is your choice.

To suit the uniqueness of your property our brochures also reflect this. Our 6 page unlaminated (carbon footprint) document focuses more on the photography than the literal. Our floor plans are individually drawn by hand and show the outstanding features of that particular Barn. Together the Floor plans and photography give an enhanced overview of the property that we are selling.

Our ‘For Sale’ Boards are also bespoke as we use more traditional materials such as oak. Together with that our policy is to look after the environment and reduce our personal company footprint by using all recyclable materials wherever possible.
